Winter Rentals Cape Cod

WINTER RENTALS offer long term leases and are typically available from early fall through late spring or early summer. The actual term available and rental rate are specific to each property, as well as the property amenities. Most of our Winter Rentals require the Tenant to pay a monthly Rent plus utilities, except as noted on the individual Listings. The majority of these cottages and homes have been enjoyed as weekly summer rentals by vacationers, and are fully furnished including all Kitchen necessities. The Landlord provides basic bedding which includes mattress pads, pillows, and blankets; however, Tenants will need to provide their own sheets and towels.

All adults that will be residing at the property are required to complete a Rental Application and submit it with a $50 Application Fee. Beach Realty will process the Application and present the information obtained from it to the Landlord, who will make the final selection of a Tenant for their home. Upon acceptance, the Tenant shall be required to sign a Lease and submit First Month's Rent. Upon move-in date, the Tenant shall be required to submit Last Month's Rent and Security Deposit. Please note that an Appointment is required for all showings, and all of our rental properties are Non-Smoking. EHO.
