WINTER RENTALS offer long term leases, and are typically available from early fall through late spring or early summer. The actual term available and rental rate are specific to each property, as well as the property amenities. Most of our Winter Rentals require the Tenant to pay a monthly Rent plus utilities, except as noted on the individual Listings. The majority of these cottages and homes have been enjoyed as weekly summer rentals by vacationers, and are fully furnished including all Kitchen necessities. The Landlord provides basic bedding which includes mattress pads, pillows and blankets, however Tenants will need to provide their own sheets and towels.
